Let’s make this quick.” We just smiled and told them what we wanted and when I said I would like a milkshake another employee (washing dishes) dropped the blender aggressively and said “Okay well now I’m irritated.” Because that would mean she would have to clean out the blenders again. I’m not the type to complain but when you are on the clock your job is to serve your customers with a smile on your face. Hope the mangers take care of the situation. :)

He acted like I was stupid saying stuff like "you're not gonna believe how simple this is just wait" then proceed to pour milk into the blender. And when I asked for just a milkshake with extra brownies he slammed both his hands on his face and looked at the other customers and said "i hate it when my customers are so difficult". Excuse me? I asked for one thing. He also wasn't wearing gloves. Not only was he saying mean things he was complaining about other customers in the store. I understand having to work alone but there's no reason to treat the customers with the most udder disrespect. Then finally after all of that he gave me a milkshake that was so thin it was like drinking straight milk. If I could give zero stars I would.

He had white stuff in his hair idk if it was lice or what, shirt was very dirty and had scabs all on his arm. I didn’t eat the ice cream i purchased.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
