  I have always been an Arby's fan but the past year or so they have really fallen off. We will not be back to the Tupelo location. This time I ordered through Door Dash. The entire menu is not available, you cannot add basic toppings like mayo or tomato, I have not recieved my gravy once with delivery, we actually got someone else's order this time though, the fries were cold, drinks were wrong. It's like they just don't care, and to be going on this long I feel like it's fair to say the managers/owners don't care either. It makes me sad. I could live off the original french dip.

  Worst Arby’s Ever. 5 minutes sitting at the speaker and never took out order. Orders are regularly wrong when you go inside or they are out of almost everything.

  Only 2 girls working we are the only ones in the drive thru and no one is in the lobby. 1 male working walking around like he has no clue what to do. Our wait was at Least 15min minutes for 2 boxes of food.

  I know its not totally the employees fault but y'all need to get whatever is broken fixed. Running out of roast beef at a restaurant known mostly for their roast beef cause of an oven not working correctly is kinda crazy. Suggesting we come back in about an hour on an already cold night is even crazier 😅

  I got off of work after a long day decided to go to Arby’s and didn’t know what I want the nighttime manager. I believe she goes by the nickname, KT Very sweet person let me take my time. Ask me anything else I would need to make sure my order was right and hot and fresh 10 out of 10 experience.
