The worst Arby’s I’ve ever walked into, they had literally no food to make like why even open (or lazy employees). I go to Arby’s all over the US and never had this terrible of an experience. Whoever the guy working at 11:10pm on cash register 22nd you need some customer service skills.

Got there around 9:40pm 2/3/26 and the rude employee 😑 who is super unprofessional and snappy shut down the store for over an hour. While customers were waiting to order including myself. I feel he/she went out their way to not serve customers and keep the store open. This location is at a truck stop and is supposed to be 24/7 truckers rely on these businesses to be open hense we drive day and night. Rude all I got to say and horrible horrible service. The tone and mean behavior of the employee really was the camel that broke its back.

Got in line to order wait nobody comes. try to get there attention get yelled at. ok whatever online order to get past them 30 wait to tell me they dont have what I ordered. I ask them for a refund no you can get something else. worst service I've had form this place. what happened to the old employees?

I order meat and 3 box , chicken,but they handed to me nasty beef and smells bad
