This Sonic has some of the RUDEST employees I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant.
I placed an online order and even though I selected the other sonic, it swapped it to this one for whatever reason. (It’s done this several times but this time I wasn’t willing to go to the other side of town.) I called IMMEDIATELY, told them what happened, and asked them to cancel my order so that I could order at the correct Sonic. I was told “Maybe you should pay attention to where you’re placing your order, before you order.” Told them again that I DID in fact pay attention, but it changed the location on me after checkout. She then said “okay” (with attitude of course) AND THEN HANGS UP ON ME. No “I’ll get that cancelled” or anything. Just hangs up. I had to sit and refresh to make sure they ACTUALLY canceled it before ordering at the correct Sonic. This is NOT the first time these employees have been rude for no reason at all, which is why I refuse to even go to this location. Somebody needs to get ahold of these employees and quit letting them speak to customers however they feel like. I’m honestly surprised that this location is still open because this has been going on for YEARS.

Place is a bit run down, the asphalt is terrible but whatever. Employees seem nice which is good — but I got the wrong order, whatever again, chicken sandwich, okay, I’ll eat that. Take a bite; it’s PINK inside. Nope. 🙂↔️ 👎🏻 What a waste

Very rude manager on shift. I had a door dash order to pick up and they couldn't find the order. So I was trying to go through the steps provided by doordash, and they said to place the order and assure sonic they will be paid like all the rest of the orders, but the manager still said they didn't care and cut off the intercom after they cussed me out.
