Don't go to this Sonic, use the other one across town. If you go to this one expect to wait an hour or more for an order even if you order ahead. I ordered 2 mini blasts, 3 kids ice cream cups and a small order or mozzarella sticks on the app and checked in at the selected pick up time. It was a 45 minute wait before someone came out with the blasts and sticks but no kids ice cream cups. I tried to explain to the guy that we were missing part of the order but, even with the receipt and the literal partial order that was brought out, they were adamant that it was the entire order. They took the receipt back and, after another 20 mins of nothing, I decided that was enough waiting and pulled away. There were others waiting just as long as us, a lot of them still sitting when we decided to drive off.
Turns out the blasts weren't the ones we ordered, the mozzarella sticks were cold and one of the blasts ended up having a fly in it that we found after driving away.
TLDR don't go to this Sonic, use the other one across town. Yes, it's older and smaller but it's 1,000x better and I've never had an issue with them.

Been to this location several times in the past and the main reason I quit coming was the extremely long wait times. I decided to just stop by and see if things have changed. Did it two days in a row and nothing has changed they do not care about customer service at all. 22 minutes today over 30 minutes yesterday after having to push button and ask for my food.

My pickup order was scheduled at 6:11 and was confirmed ready on the app I waited 20 minutes for my order never received it and there was a car that arrived after me that received their order. On a separate occasion I have waited almost an hour for a milkshake. There was only 1 carhop today when I went to this location. This location desperately needs either different management or to hire more employees this is out of hand and ridiculous.
