  It was great. I did a drive through. I ordered 2 crispy chicken combos and Oreo blast. And pd at the first window. The young man was so very nice. I went to the 2nd window to pick up my food. The young lady was very nice and friendly. It was hardly any wait at all.

  I have done the curb side a few times. Due to limited time on my lunch break. There is always some issue. One time cars were stilling in the curb side pickup with no one in any of them. So I had to walk in. The most recent, was today, and i take a late lunch so it is not busy when I go. I sat in the parking lot for 13 minutes. I had already exited my vehicle fixing to walk in with the young lady decided to come out. She replied "My bad, I forgot. I sat it done and started doing something else." First off "My bad" is not a proper apology. Secondly if you had my stuff in your hand, why would you set it down and start doing something else? This store has the worst customer service you can ask for.

  I did a mobile order this morning and the app genuinely would not work when we tried to pick it up from curbside. The app then told us to go through the drive thru. Once we were in the drive thru, the lady on the speaker was incredibly rude and very loud with us as we tried to explain the order and how to find it. After pulling up to the window and hoping to just get our order, they then told us we would have to come INSIDE and get it. Why they couldn’t just hand it to us through the window, i do not know. The service here is absolutely horrible. The staff is always rude and very slow. I do not think I’ve ever had a positive experience at this McDonald’s. I’d honestly rather drive all the way to Louisville to get a freaking biscuit than order from this location ever again.

  Regular workers are lovely especially nthe night shift however some of the female managers are nasty,rude, dismissive I've witnessed nthe on several accounts of being there bathroom rarely is clean or have soap

  I figured I would give Starkville a try to see if it was better than the 2 locations in Columbus. To no surprise the food was nasty not prepared like I ordered it. They prepared it twice still got it wrong. They are still advertising the McRib according to the store they do not sale it anymore. Then you order a Big Mac they say they’re out of buns. Then when you tell them the order still isn’t right they tell you they don’t know. If they were my franchises everyone would be fired. McDonald’s is pitiful
