  I’ve never walked into a dirty jimmy johns until today there’s half eaten bread on the floor in the dining room there cold table was extremely dirty had lettuce literally in the mayonnaise container.

  I never write reviews but this Jimmy John’s was terrible. They were all talking about their dating life, cheating on their girlfriends, and would stop and chat while they were in the middle of making sandwiches. We were literally waiting inside and had a 2 hour drive to go but the entire staff was taking their sweet time. It took over 25 minutes to get our food and there was one person in front of us. TERRIBLE! Get rid of everyone or get a manger to manage them. They clearly need supervision.

  Went to Jimmy Johns drive thru where I attempted to order a sandwich to be told they couldn’t put mustard on the sandwich, never had this happen ever before. Poor customer service, if I’m having to get packets and dress the sandwich I may as well make the entire thing myself.
