  Worse service ever.. project taco bell. Waiting 10 min in drive thru line and it's single file line and was stuck and couldn't leave. Walked inside to ask if we could get out food and leave and they said the didn't even drop the fries yet. I said cancel and can you ask the 1 car to pull forward so I could leave. The short skinny nappy headed girl working there told the car not to move after they was moving because their food was almost ready. Terrible location and I think she was a manager 🤣🤣

  Just got off an 18 hour work day. Just wanted to grab something quick on the way home but when I arrived to the restaurant they were out of all drinks but tea and water. The girl running the drive thru was pissed that I was ordering, but it’s her job….. long story short when I got my food and arrived home I am missing a 5 layer burrito. Very sad experience and would appreciate something in return after spending $14.

  After being in the drive thru line forever, I finally got my food, got home and my quesadilla was full of burnt grease crap from the bottom of the pan. I do have a photo, fyi. It ruined my entire meal

  I was trapped in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. The lobby was closed and they would only answer the intercom and take an order every 15 minutes. I DoorDash and this wasted time is costing me money. Please do better.
