    Order was wrong, couldn't get it fixed because it was online and there's no kiosk at stall. Otherwise everything else was fine and good.

    I ordered here at the Sonic on Airways in Southaven. I had the smasher meal. I got to the end of my burger and there was a long string of white hair on the burger. I called and talked the manager, Jason, and notified him of this. I didn't want them to redo the order because I'll never eat there again. I just want them to make sure they're wearing hair nets because that's disgusting

    I ordered a Reeces Blast. It barely had any Reeces in it. I asked them could I PAY for extra Reeces. They came and got my cup and told me they’d add it in. They brought the old cup back out to me and told me they’d make me a new one. Then, they came back a 3rd time and told me that they couldn’t do it because I needed to pay for it. I said SURE!! Then, they said I’d need to pay for an entire new cup. I said no, just a small cup of Reeces. They said they couldn’t charge me for that. I said, if someone asks for extra toppings, just charge me for 1-2 extra toppings of Reeces, it’s simple. They said they couldn’t do it. By this time, my icecream had melted anyway. A lot of young people with no customer service, no guidance of management, and their Reeces Blasts have significantly less Reeces than any other Sonics…

    Ordered a milkshake and sonic blast as a mobile order, waited for an hour, and still did not receive my order, call the 1-800 number for my refund. NO WORRIES YOU SUCK!!!
