  Order takers attitude was terrible. All that was said when came over speaker was what do you need! No welcome to Sonic or hello. Had to repeat order 4 different times. Ordered only 3 items.

  Nothing is consistent here…you order the same thing they be different every time you come here.. they made my slush wrong twice smh

  Ordered a plain hamburger with mayonnaise… nothing extra! Cheese sticks which the person obviously didn’t hear me ask for🤷🏻‍♀️Hamburger Came plain… asked for some mayonnaise… they apologized for not having any packets and never offered to maybe put some on a lid or a cup, nothing!! Didn’t even offer to fix me another one.. worst sonic experience ever…

  I love this sonic, i come all the time. everyone’s really nice, but i always do mobile orders so that i can use my deals and when i try to order sauce on the app it literally ALWAYS every time says they are out of the condiment i want, but they aren’t. i ask the person every time when they come out and they have them in stock. i feel so bad sending them back and forth but why is that for almost a year they are somehow unavailable online
