  Probably the worst local McDonald's location in the area and that's already a low bar. Visited late night and the burger was wrong as well as the drink. Went back inside to correct it and the same guy that gave me the bag at the window gave me the corrected order. At least he was consistent with his demeanor with no eye contact or even a word said.

  Tried to use my app deal in store. Of course you can’t order at a register. People standing around doing nothing. Kiosk doesn’t have a scanner and won’t accept the app code. Couldn’t order food and receive the “deal” from the app. Walked out, deleted the app from my phone and became a former customer forever. Hopefully, I have begun a viral trend. =)

  Placed a mobile order and drove over there. Sat at the drive thru intercom thing for 10-15 minutes with another car doing the same in the second lane. Eventually cars started getting backed up behind us and still no word from staff on the other side. I decided to pull up to the window to see if everyone was dead or what was going on. Sure enough, the girl at first window i'm fairly certain was sleeping curled up and head down and startled when i pulled up along side her. "I'm sorry what did you say you ordered" no we haven't spoken yet i told her there's a handful of us backed up at the intercom and no ones taking our orders. Frantically she left and eventually came back to give us our receipt. Second window wasn't much better, when i tell you besides the cars behind us waiting to order, the parking lot was darn near empty, i mean it. so they weren't busy trying to keep up with demand. I ordered two happy meals, and a 6 piece nugget. We got no napkins, no sauces, no straws. It was at least three or four different people putting together the order like mice in a box just unsure whos doing what and what the next step was. You could see their employee "goal" chart on the wall and it was completely blank. Obviously because management is starting small with the goals right? like "lets just start with showing up to work" small. Mcdonalds certainly isn't going anywhere ever, but it's worth the drive to avoid this one. In the last three months i've not had a single sucessful order at this location. Something always missing, cold, not tasting right, or down right wrong.

  Honestly this McDonald’s is a hit or miss. I was in line. I was in first lane and guy in second lane. I heard them take their order and I had to sit there for a good 10 mins(my order was still not taken still) I pulled around to leave and see them handing other person their food. They were not busy at all and they just looked at me leave. Also when I come here my order is mostly wrong. Missing food, stuff on my food when I said none on, etc. also a lot of times they sound like they hate when I pull of to the speaker, their tone is honestly so unfriendly.

  The drive thru people can't get orders correct..while ordering, they speak over me, happened again this morning..I ordered 1 Egg McMuffin and 1 Sausage McGriddle..got home no Egg Mc , had Sausage McGriddle and a Sausage McMuffin, also ordered lemon in my tea, had to ask again before driving away. This is a common experience that happens quite often. When calling on the phone, no one answers. The employees have attitudes and don't care.
