It was gross and looks like a huge bird nest on his head. I haven't eaten at Wendy's in over 20 years because of these same type of problems, and they haven't changed at all. The CEO and board members need to be fired. Try harder, Wendy's, or at least a little bit. Unacceptable.

I don't know if owner/reginal manager is NOT popping in but it seems to be systemic @ 4390 Elvis Presley Memphis, TN & 880 Stateline Rd Southhaven, MS (10 minutes from each other) NOOOO lunch until 11am when is says online 10:30am. In addition, once you WAIT, they are pre-cooking food, it is COLD and old and not fresh at all. In this economy when you make a choice to go eat, then have to wait, then Not fresh is CRAZY!!
