I wasn’t greeted or anything . I asked for a ranch before she slammed the window in my face & told me if I wanted ranch all I had to do was “just say that then” . Unprofessional and very rude coming from a manager I don’t care how busy your drive thru is you talk to paying customers with respect . Had it been you getting that kind of service you would be just as upset . I wanted to give my food right back and not give them any of my hard earned money

The workers are friendly and helpful, and they make sure your order is right. The drive-thru moves pretty fast, even when it’s busy. The restaurant is clean and well taken care of. Overall, this Wendy’s does an excellent job and I would definitely recommend it.

I told them I had a mobile pick order on the machine & the girl told me to pull around I was waiting over 20 mins after my scheduled pick up time just for them to tell me they don’t have my order. I even showed her my mobile order on my phone and she replied we have a 1,000 orders and proceeded to hand the food to the car behind me. I’m calling corporate first thing in morning. Honestly I can’t blame everybody that was in the building but y’all need to see who was all scheduled that day and have a talk with that girl. That was unacceptable

The cashier said they wasn’t taking anymore orders only door dash! Why would you want someone to pay someone to bring their food if they already used their gas to go order and pick their own food up. They was very disrespectful.
