if i could leave a zero star review i would. i placed a mobile order for just 3. things. a sweet tea, grilled cheese, and mozzarella stick. it said on my app that it would take 5 minutes to be ready. so i placed the order on break from my job and i stroll on over there. it said so and so will be out with your order. 10 minutes pass since that popped up so i press the button and politely say that ive been waiting 10 minutes since it said someone was coming out with my order. all the lady said was it'll come out shortly. PLOT TWIST! it does not come out. another 7 or so minutes pass and i have less than 10 minutes in my break so i press the button AGAIN and explain that im kinda in a hurry and need my order. again all the lady says is it's coming out. well can you take a guess what happened next? no order came out. i had to drive back to my work with no food and a empty stomach. after my shift i come back to get the food i paid for and i press the button and explain the whole situation. had to wait for them to remake my food and whenever someone finally came out, i kid you not the lady didn't say a single word to me. not a "i'm sorry" or atleast "here's your order" but instead just basically throws me my order and runs back inside. so in summary, this is a horrible location with terrible service. if you have all the time in the world go ahead and come here since apparently it takes that long to get a 3 item order. ridiculous

I grew up as a teenager at the Sonic Drive-in, back when they wore roller skates! I'm so pleased they've endured decades of service and find memories.

I ordered a coke tonight and once I finished I opened the lid and found a freaking baby roach in my cup!!!!
I have had food from there that wasn’t the best, but it was never anything to post about.
However, consuming a drink and opening up the lid to find a freaking roach is definitely worth posting about. I think the health dept. should be notified.
I am beyond disgusted!

I ordered a strawberry shake, blue raspberry slush, and a mini M&M Blast. However, the shake was essentially vanilla ice cream with a cherry. Upon informing the staff, they retrieved the shake and I requested a cherry limeade instead. After waiting for ten minutes without receiving my drink, I called again to request a refund. The staff member explained that I would need to use my card to process the refund and then repay for the slush and Blast. I decided to leave because based on the capacity of the staff I had a feeling that they weren't going to process the refund properly. It is advisable to avoid visiting this Sonic location due to subpar customer service.
