I called the establishment 10-15 times and they didn't answer, 6pm btw and I drove there and the workers were sitting around while there were 5-8 customers what looked like waiting

Where McDonald’s ever I went in there and my food was not ready for a whole hour came back and still was not ready after two hours. My food was firmly ready. Also would have tried to order it through online. It took them 30 minutes to deliver my food even though I’m right beside McDonald’s their service is poor. They need to be faster.

I went in and ordered from the kiosk for a to-go order and after waiting 30 minutes I still had to explain what I ordered. Seems like everyone was too busy letting people walk in and out from behind the counter to actually see the lobby was full of people waiting.
