    The manager of this location, Demarcus, threatened me bodily harm on January 1, 2026. He told me in the lobby that he is "from Memphis", and that "you don't know what I will do to you". I went inside to get my frappe that I ordered in the drive-thru. They made me pull up and wait over 30 minutes for a drink. I'm not sure how this man is even a manager, speaking to paying customers like this. He kept telling me he was from Memphis to try and scare me. If he's talking to me like this, then he's definitely talking to other paying customers like this! Worst McDonald's experience of my life.

    This was not a good McDonalds experience. My burger was cold, the bun was broken in half, and was made incorrectly the first time.

    At 8pm on a regular Sunday, they do not have ice for drinks. Sodas are flat (I tried a Dr Pepper & Sprite — surprisingly BOTH were flat. They probably need to clean their soda machines). They do not have apple pies (they do but the wait is 14 minutes…. 14 minutes for ONE apple pie). They don’t do refunds even though you didn’t receive your order. This location is trash.
