- LZLillian ZimmermanDec 20, 20252.0I placed an order on the app, when I pulled in the drive thru woth my partner, the people inside didnt acknowledge us for about 3-4 minutes, when they finally did they quickly said "hold on a minute." Then proceeded to ignore us once again, my partner finally decided to park &go inside. Once he was inside he found all the employees just standing around talking, zero line inside &also no line in the drive thru. These employees have no regard for their customers.

I went back through the line because they didn’t give me any of the fries I ordered and my burgers were made wrong. After going back to get it fixed I left without a burger, a burnt burger and fries. This is ridiculous I was polite and I got this. The burger was in edible because it was burnt so bad.

I asked about the mcshaker fries since that IS on the menu, and the worker, told me they did not and dismissed me by telling me to have to a goodnight. Ma’am whoever you are, give your customers time to see if they want anything else. Whoever irritated you tonight, please don’t take it out on your customers because you could’ve called out and could’ve had a better night than what you’re having now. I understand why fast food restaurants in this area aren’t as busy now. You put new items on the menu to entice customers but hire workers who dont want to be there and make it obvious that they dont.

Asked for a sandwich and a drink and she could not understand why I did not want to the meal and kept asking me to change what came on the sandwich. I kept saying I want the sandwich they way out is made. No changes. Very poor service since they are trying to change to kiosk only others.
