I only wanted to treat my son to some mediocre at best chicken nuggets marketed as boneless wings. We went to Chinese instead and loved it. No excuses staff the place for lunch hour. We never even got greeted.

Very clean and classy atmosphere that will grab your eyes. For sure, highly recommend this stop here for a quick visit/meals with your favorite adult beverages.

Didn’t look like it was cleaned for days. The stall door doesn’t lock properly either so hopefully you don’t mind sharing the stall with someone.

Well this time it happened to not be right. But thats ok mistakes happen. It was a really busy night and what I ordered was very similar but different than what I got. One was wet and one was dry. As more of a way to vent I emailed a complaint to BWW and received a email response the next day and then a phone call from the kitchen manager apologizing. He offered for me to come by anytime, ask for him personally, and he would comp my original order. I understand mistakes happen we are all human. But the way they handled it was very professional. I appreciate BWW and the Kitchen Manager for taking the time to make this right.
