All the chairs in the dining room are put up and we had to move out of the way constantly because they were literally sweeping around us. It was very obvious that they were annoyed we were there. I hate to be that guy but if you close at 10 that means 10......not 9:30. There needs to be an adult manager present.

Miss Tan Pants didn't want to work. Didn't want to wait on anyone. In those 10 minutes, she talked to the two girls working and gave out a sample spoon. Completely ignored my car and the two behind me. We all left right behind each other. Won't be back to this location and will just drive to the other locations and hope they don't have a Miss Tan Pants there as well.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
