  On April 14, while picking up a DoorDash order at this Dunkin’ location, I experienced a serious incident where a drink was not secured properly. It spilled on me at the last moment, causing a first-degree burn. I immediately went into the establishment for assistance, but management did not offer appropriate help or concern. Instead, the situation escalated, and I felt dismissed. I took photos and later sought medical attention, where the burn was confirmed. On April 22, I returned to pick up another DoorDash order as part of my job. Before I could complete the pickup, I was told by the same manager that I was not allowed in the store and that I needed to leave. I was simply attempting to do my job, but the order was refused and I had to contact DoorDash for support. Overall, my experiences with this location have been unprofessional and concerning. I felt disrespected and unsupported in both situations. I believe better training and accountability in management are needed to ensure customers and delivery drivers are treated appropriately and safely.

  Ordered a large hot Carmel macchiato, medium iced Carmel macchiato and 1/2 dozen donuts through the drive thru. Hot coffee had more foam than it did coffee. Only about half full with coffee. Iced coffee had more milk and creamer than it did coffee. My fiancée took it back in to have them remake the drinks and they were Very rude and laughed saying it would be the same thing if they remake it. The drinks are garbage and we went around the corner to Starbucks to get a decent coffee. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’

  Customer Service is horrible. I’m upset because I love Dunkin and used to love this particular location until they hired all these new and rude people . They don’t even say good morning to you during the morning shift when you walk inside . I politely asked one of the young ladies to put milk in my coffee because it wasn’t made properly she refused made a whole situation about it . So yes I will no longer buy coffee at this location unless they hire new people with better attitudes. Coffee shops supposed to be positive good vibes not this one !

  I visited this location today after getting off my plane and had a pleasant experience! The iced mocha latte tasted exactly how it would in Florida! Being I just relocated here I’ll be making this my morning stop store. The staff were more than knowledgeable and did not get annoyed with all my questions when I was trying to decide if I would go with my regular and or something new! Thanks south haven! The manager or the gentleman in all black was very courteous! And the ladies made the drink faster than I could pay lol.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. The customer service was extremely poor staff came across as rude, impatient, and uninterested in helping customers. Simple questions were met with attitude, and there was a clear lack of professionalism. It felt like customers were more of a bother than a priority. A friendly greeting or basic courtesy would have gone a long way, but unfortunately that was missing entirely. On top of that, the overall atmosphere reflected the same negative energy. I understand that everyone has off days, but consistent poor attitudes and lack of respect shouldn’t be the standard. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving customer service, because this experience definitely makes me hesitant to return. It’s never been a time that anyone has been friendly honestly they all seem mad to be at work.
