Get halfway down the road because I was in a rush and noticed that my fries were cold. Opened my sandwich. My cheese was falling off the sandwich. It was not even melted chicken. Ice cold literally took one bite and threw it in the garbage. The only thing worth keeping is the ice cold. Sprite

There were probably 5 more pieces like that in the bowl. I took it back today and asked to see a manager. She came out and looked at it and said sausage. She said we are not serving breakfast. I said I did not want something to ear. Do you have gift certificate. She said they don't do gift certificates. She offered me a fountain drink.i held the bowl out and asked her to throw it away. Her response was there is a trash can over there. She never even apologized. Normally all your associates are wonderful but this particular manager was cold and not friendly. Terrible customer relations. I wish I would have asked her name. I shall have second thoughts about stopping there from now on!
- NANahuel AstudilloApr 2, 20261.0Every year it gets worse and worse in the mobile thru I have to wait 30 min before getting my food and then have to wait another 15 in the waiting area an when I get my food after 45 mins my food is cold and wet with half of my fries missing and it’s not just once it’s every time and it’s sad how dumb and how poorly managed this place is and how slow the employees are and I have close associates that work there too and they say how bad it’s managed waste of money and time for the worst food and service do better!
