I am utterly appaled at what just happened to me in the McDonalds drive through. I got there and the cut me off in the middle of my order, and then didn't speak to me for another 5 mins then finally got back to me. Then I finally get my order placed and I sit there for another 20 mins abs the line didn't move at all. They close at 11 and it's not moving. Then when they are officially closed they send everyone away because "I havent paid". I will never go back to McDonald's if this is the kind of standard they accept from their workers.

The Senatobia McDonalds shorted me a burrito and hashbrowns in the drive thru this morning. I notified the window staff immediately and they told me to pull forward and they’d send a manager. The “manager” was verbally combative and extremely rude. He told me - WHILE HOLDING MY RECEIPT - that I only paid for one burrito. But I could pay “again” if I wanted a second burrito…..that just because I ordered it didn’t mean that I paid for it. He REFUSED to give me the second burrito that I’d already paid for. I offered to show them what was in the bag. They refused to even look. He simply glanced at the receipt and said I only paid for one anyway but he would “give” me the other hashbrown. 📍#senatobiamississippi #rude
