- KKKailey5 days ago3.0I’m a regular here and I normally have great experiences when getting stuff from Dunkin but I have to say, they were terrible today. The guy over the speaker and at the window was rude and sounded lifeless. He admitted he forgot to put the syrup in my drink after I had to come back through the drive thru and they never put my two shots of espresso I paid for in my drink. He also tried giving me an open straw. I ended up just throwing my drink away. And out of the 6 donuts I bought, only two were right. I didn’t see that until I got home. I don’t know who this guy is that they hired but they need to let him go and hire someone who actually wants to work.

- HGHanna GFeb 22, 20261.0The customer service needs work, prob never coming back after this, placed a pickup order via DoorDash which I have done multiple times, pull up to the window to be told “you it at the wrong location” mind you said with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen here, I told her no I did not, and was reaching for my phone to show her the address and I said “the DoorDash pickup for (my name)” and she shuts the window comes back and says “you need to communicate that next time” no have a nice day, no smile, just full blown attitude and disrespect, mind you I have placed DoorDash pickups multiple times and never had an issue until today. Unfortunately this makes me never want to go to this establishment again, For that employee - idk what your issue was, but maybe customer service isn’t the best job for you if you cannot be respectful to people, leave your problems at the door, just because you have a bad day doesn’t mean everybody else has to.
