  Crazy that a McDonald’s attached to a truck stop doesn’t have an iota of urgency in anything they do. Waited at the order speaker for 5 minutes with no one in line while I watched the girl at the window just sit there. Then she takes my order, I get moved to spot 2 for a wait, the line blows up, and they are just sending everyone to the waiting spots. I get fast food service is rough but this can’t be an unusual night for them.

  This was a horrible experience. We got to the drive through with a mobile order and they gave us some food and told us to pull up and they’d bring out the rest. We opened the bag and we had the wrong order. We brought it inside to get the right food and the employees started arguing with each other about getting the orders wrong with one of them declaring they didn’t give the wrong order. It was an entirely different meal it’s completely childish to refuse to take responsibility for your mistake. Arguing in front of the customers is also just not a good look.

  THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We were driving from New Orleans to Atlanta and stopped for some fries. It took 30 minutes to get 1 medium fry when there were 2 people in the store. There was no one at the front desk, and the people in the back were so goofy and not doing anything productive that we named them Goofy and Goofette! Now I get it, this is a McDonald’s attached to a Love’s, but still, that is inexcusable. We then went outside to scan their QR code, and it didn’t even work!McDonald’s needs to change this badly. I’m only rating this a one star because it doesn’t let you do a zero star. At least the fries were decent.

  Ordered at counter for take away. Staff stood around chatting in the back while pending orders stacked up. No staff customer facing and was not polite or helpful. When our food finally came out, half the order (a chicken sandwich) was missing, so flagged someone from the back to let them know, then had to wait for the remainder of order. Had to call someone from the back again for drinks that came with our order. Condiment station was empty, straws were empty, napkins were empty. Had to go into Love’s to get these items as we were tired of having to call people out from the back. Driving at night, and realized half way through eating that the chicken sandwich was raw. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this location. Will update if I get sick from the raw chicken.
