    In my experience my food has always been right. The service has been generally pretty good but they always seem to be overwhelmed when you go to this one so it can take some time for them to take your order. The only other issue is that it can often take a long time for them to make your order also. The atmosphere is the same general wingstop atmosphere you get at all of them. They are all right at the intersection of nice and bare bones. This one has multiple screens with sports on. It is though very spacious and can accommodate a nice sized crowd if you and a bunch of friends want to go watch a game. Due to the screwed up economy prices have also went up, but all in all wingstop is a decent place to eat.

    At some point, there has to be a standard for training and accountability. Customers should not have to pay for a lack of organization and basic service. I placed my order at 11:05 PM and never received it. Instead, my order was mistakenly given to another customer. What made the situation worse was the lack of urgency and professionalism from the staff. While I stood there waiting, multiple customers who ordered after me received their food with no issue, while I was overlooked entirely. I understand that businesses get busy, and I am a very patient and reasonable person. However, by 11:50 PM, after waiting 45 minutes for a simple 10-piece bone-in combo, I had no choice but to ask for a manager. At that point, the issue should have been corrected immediately. Instead, when I requested a refund, Ms. Cherie, who identified herself as a manager, informed me that it would take 3–5 business days to process. That response showed a clear lack of accountability. Payment is taken instantly, so it is frustrating and unacceptable that a refund for an error caused by the store requires days to resolve. To make matters worse, when I asked for the correct contact information to follow up on my refund, I was given an incorrect number by Ms. Cherie. Providing false or inaccurate information only adds to the frustration and reflects poorly on the store’s management. This experience was disappointing from start to finish. Customer service, communication, and accountability were all lacking. I hope leadership takes this seriously, because situations like this don’t just lose customers they damage trust and reputation.

    This location has surely fell off... There's a odor when you walk in!!.. the wing were disgusting and not thoroughly cooked,.. & the frys were cold!.. Will Not be returning to any of there locations.. They are all poorly ran & the stores be dirty
