  I will admit this location can be and always has been up and down from a quality and customer service stand point. I also have a few years of experience working in food as well so I know that can be a training, management, corporate, or even bad employee issue. With that being said my service today was exceptional I am legally blind and usually have to come on the inside to order ain't can't see certain things on the screen to order so a employee would have to help me. Today a young lady by the name of Channel came to my aid and not only was extremely helpful but got my order to me in a timely matter. She was in all black so I believe she was a manger but she gave me kind service plus she was fine if she or your bosses see this keep up the good work mam and thank you so much Eddie Rain

  Staff ignored me the entire time when I called out to them after minutes of waiting they were extremely rude. Decided to spend my money elsewhere. Management get better help!

  Really disappointing experience. The customer service was rude, unhelpful, and honestly had a nasty attitude for no reason. I asked for a recommendation and got zero communication... On top of that, items were being slammed around, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I came in polite and respectful, and it’s not unreasonable to expect the same in return. Do better.
