  Placed an order 35 mins before they closed… online!!!!!! I waited, watched and it moved to preparing it stayed on preparing order for awhile. It became closer to closing time so I decided to call and a guy answered saying “oh it was on the way” y’all my order never showed up so then I get a refund 5 mins later from Pizza Hut they canceled my order my thing is why lie? So then I called again with intentions of asking where it was again or to get some kind of answers this lady answers the phone and says they are closed and they canceled my order. I’m asking okay why???? Someone just told me it was on the way now it’s all of a sudden canceled this is bad business. Sounds like laziness yall should stop taking orders a certain time if you do not want to honor them after a certain time your turning down money and lying to customers is ridiculous as a owner I would fire fire fire these lazy people! If I could give 0 stars I would

  Heaven, the manager on duty, gave the warmest and most gracious customer service in lieu of disappointment due to website error on my order. The entire staff was diligent in correcting all online orders with speed and wonderful attitudes. By far, the best customer service I've witnessed in a long time.

  This is one of the worst pizza huts in the area. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Avoid at all costs.
