    I got two biggie bags nothing major, they forgot one of my fries so I return to get the missing fry still not a big deal. The female cashier finally asks me what's the issue after about 2 minutes of the entire staff staring and not saying a word to me,INCLUDING THE MANAGER! I tell her about the fries she says ok, I continue to wait for at least 3-5 more minutes for a value fry that I still haven't received so after I start showing im losing patience another team member asks the cashier what I was waiting on . She then says oh yeah just a fry . Aside from being treated like I wasn't a priority as a customer I fault the female manager who made eye contact with me 3 times and not once made contact with me but instead let me stand there waiting on crew member's with no guidance. Don't be a manager if you're not going to prioritize the customer simple. It wasn't a big deal until I had to wait an extended time on fries that should have been in my bag when I first received the order. Sad

    Please start opening the restaurant oON TIME. That's all I want. Been coming here for years because the service & food is great! Recently, (about 2 months) they randomly open 30 -40 minutes late & randomly close the lobby doors. Yesterday night was one of their worst days & TODAY it happened again. Starting to become like the Wendy's on County Line & they're horrible

    No point in trying to eat here anytime after like 10:30. Stays open till 1 am but you’ll just sit there feeling dumb. I wouldn’t post about it if it had only happened once but it’s been a few times now. Go ahead and either change those hours or actually have people working.

    It’s ridiculous how rude the management and staff are. How are you mad at me when you rung my order up wrong and I asked for a receipt? The girl on the headset talking about she didn’t hear my order correctly but running off at the mouth. If you would listen and repeat the order then maybe you could have gotten it correctly. Also, the manager told me I couldn’t get a receipt. It’s a receipt given to me once I pay for my order?!?! All the had to do was apologize for the mistake and made a simply correction. Getting an attitude with the customer when you are in the wrong is beyond me. They need better training for the managers and staff.
