It’s ridiculous how rude the management and staff are. How are you mad at me when you rung my order up wrong and I asked for a receipt? The girl on the headset talking about she didn’t hear my order correctly but running off at the mouth. If you would listen and repeat the order then maybe you could have gotten it correctly. Also, the manager told me I couldn’t get a receipt. It’s a receipt given to me once I pay for my order?!?! All the had to do was apologize for the mistake and made a simply correction. Getting an attitude with the customer when you are in the wrong is beyond me. They need better training for the managers and staff.

We ordered 2 baked potatoes, 1 combo meal, nuggets and 2 chilis but we did not get the 2 chilis and the nuggets and the fries we spent $27 when I called the lady hang up on me!!!!

Food was great although they left out a part on the order. The wait time was long with them looking like they were unstaff. The lobby was great and overall a good experience.

I came here for Baconator fries & a Large Strawberry Lemonade. Ordered on the app, went through the drive though. They pulled me down. I check my fries before I pull off & this is what they gave me. I went back in to get this corrected, manager don’t seem to care at all. No apology. Didn’t correct nobody. Another employee remade my fries but not before laughing in my face & taking over 30 minutes to remake it. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s the night shift, but this shift is full of kids & a manger who do not care at all. It’s ridiculous. I won’t be back here during this shift for a long time.
