It took 40 minutes for two appetizers to come out- both of which had clearly been sitting for a while as indicated by the room-temp finger foods and luke-warm dips. Service was spotty and unenthusiastic. The drinks from the bar were inconsistently made. The game, as usual, was fun, but unfortunately the service and primarily food detracted from our experience. My advice: skip the food, order minimal drinks, and aim for when no one else is there so you get decent service.

I already had a membership so I just knew they weren't going to charge me again. Well they charged me for 4 memberships when I only had 2 people that were playing on my ticket because I had already paid before. When I called someone about the issue, I talked to someone that didn't speak good English and had to repeat myself numerous of times. Finally I get an email telling me that on my receipt it was showing that it was taken off. So I informed the person emailing me that she mistaken the negative number for the free 1 hour play that I had through my phone company. She would not hear me out and stopped responding and I still haven't received my refund. Make sure to check your receipts to make sure you are not being over charged. I thought once you put your number in, it is supposed to show that you have a membership already.
