    Waited 20 minutes for a pretzel stick and a small sonic blast and I didn’t even get them. I talked to the lady and asked if they forgot about my order and she yelled at me and said it’ll be out in a second and I waited another 10 minutes

    Service was horrible! The two employees IGNORED us and we filmed it because it became so obvious! And then when we finally ordered, they didn’t even speak to us! Sad….

    The young lady who takes your order was rude and pushy. The server mentioned the attitude of the order person in relation to it being lunch hour. Whatever the case, there needs to be someone else taking orders if she is going to be unpleasant. Luckily, the young lady who brings out the food and the food itself was great.
