They make the food when the ticket comes in, per Angelica who claimed to be one of 2 managers on duty. My 8 o’clock delivery order was delivered at 7:34. I was not there to receive it. Food is cold. Drink I paid for isn’t included. I requested that she have a staff member or the other manager on duty deliver it and she declined. That’s not their job and basically told me it was my fault for ordering early. I will be emailing the corporate office to explain what the process is when the ticket it received as explained by Angelica and how it is presented on the customer side.
