    It was a little hectic today. I think they may have been shortstaffed or maybe they were overstaffed, but there were a lot of moving parts. We did however get our food. It was hot and fresh. I just feel like they need to be a little more professional.

    DoorDash some food they gave them the wrong order , went there my self n they were taking very long to give ppl there orders that had DoorDash and wanting to order.

    Had the grill closed down at 11:15 when they closed at 12. I pulled in at 11 and didnt get someone to take my order until 11:15 so they were probably cleaning the grill while I was waiting. They had no beef. The food was cold and fries were awful.

    I usually go to McDonald's in Brandon because it's right next to my job, but this McDonald's is close to my house so I have given them a try SEVERAL times hoping it would get better. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive through. 1st he says, "I'm sorry. We're out of Sprite". I asked for a coke. He hands me a coke and says "I'm sorry, we're out of straws...... And ice.....". At this point, I was shocked. I asked for some salt in my bag and he said he has to put it in a 4 ct box..... I should've just asked for a refund. Meanwhile, the coke is flat because the cold activation plate isn't on due to no ice so I asked for a fruit punch instead. The guy at the window was pretty non chalant about everything, but he was nice. Whomever is "managing" needs some skills training on inventory and ordering. That was my last time giving them a "try"......
