    My family and I went to the McDonald's on county line Rd Ridgeland ms to order Mcflurries for the kids. First I ask for cupholders the young lady said they were out but mind you I'm looking at them. Secondly every cup that we ordered was watered down and the oreos was floating in the cup of watercreame. Never go to this location nor any other McDonald's.

    I ordered an ice coffee why did the older lady with glasses on stir it with a spoon put it in her mouth and put the spoon back in the coffee. When I told her she tried to lie. Why use a regular spoon, use a plastic spoon and throw it away. The regular spoon been used over and over and when done putting it on the surface. That is not sanitize that's nasty!

    idk who hired that new crew up there but the service was horrible!!! Blasting YB at 11am thru the intercome … Then i get home and look at the food, order WRONG! AND SLOPPY. my ticket was $30

    I waited almost 30 minutes just to be told that my drink isn't available. I was also asked to request a refund on my app which isn't possible.

    Very Poor Management: Had no drinks other than tea and water. I couldn't get grilled chicken wraps or any chicken sandwiches because location had no chicken other than nuggets. Despite limited offerings, service was slow.
