You can tell she takes pride in her work and in making people feel comfortable. Her manager, Cheryl, was just as impressive. She set the tone for great service with her professionalism and positive energy. Together, they created an atmosphere that felt warm, organized, and customer‑focused. It’s rare to find a team that works this well and treats customers this thoughtfully. Because of Taylor and Cheryl, I’ll absolutely be coming back. They deserve all the recognition for the outstanding service they provide.

She proceeds to say they're fixing it wrong. I told her it clearly says 2% milk added. The next day I went on the inside to show her online. She said oh ok I didn't know. The next day she said they changed it. I won't be returning there because they clearly don't know how to make the right coffee. So disappointed. And the donuts don't be fresh.
