- MMMe MeDec 29, 20252.0We went in June for a birthday gathering. Absolutely awful food they served us. Chicken wings were room temperature and so dry and hard you couldn’t even bite into them. Zero chance they were fresh. Chips on chips and salsa were extremely hard, risking breaking a tooth. Sweet tea was disgusting. It barely had any sugar or ice and it was too strong flavored which means the ratio with water was incorrect. Our server was nice but wasn’t concerned that we didn’t eat much food and didn’t slow down one bit when I tried to tell her about the rock hard chicken. This visit was a waste of money and completely ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion for us. We had previously picked up to-go orders which were pretty good but this one dine-in visit was the last for us.

The manager, Hope, truly went above and beyond to make things right, and I really appreciated how she handled the situation with care and professionalism. On my next visit, Alex on to go was absolutely fabulous! He was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect. Because of Hope and Alex, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you both for turning a rough experience into a great one!

When we arrived, he just stared at us and didn’t ask how many or anything. He just was staring which was so rude to me. He is a slim caucasian guy who worked at the hostess stand. It was so uncomfortable to me. He needs to practice how to make a customer feel welcomed and not bothered. Customer service is always #1 in the food industry.
