Both employees handled ice cream, milk jugs, and other utensils with NO gloves or handwashing. I literally want to vomit thinking about this but the man scooping my ice cream used his thumb to move the ice cream off the scoop when he thought I wouldn’t notice. Needless to say I’m disgusted and in awe this place has not been shut down.
- HSHailee StewartJan 4, 20261.0the owners of this establishment were very rude to me and my friends and they also do not use good hygiene when preparing ice cream. we walked in around 8:50 ish and were rushed to place our order by the man behind the counter because it was “closing time” even though their website says they close at 10. after we ordered, they took our money and proceeded to scoop our ice cream without washing their hands or applying gloves. please consider updating your websites hours and investing in soap, water, and gloves. until then, i would not recommend getting ice cream from here!! take your money elsewhere.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
