I’ve visited this location many times simply because it's the closest to my home, but after today, I won’t be returning. I’ve never had a positive experience here. The customer service is consistently poor, and the owners—who appear to be a husband and wife—are incredibly rude. There are no greetings, no smiles, just cold stares that make you feel unwelcome for simply being a paying customer. Hygiene is also a serious concern. I've witnessed the owner handling ice cream without gloves, using bare hands, which is unacceptable in a food service environment. On top of that, the rewards process is unnecessarily frustrating. Every time I try to scan my app for points, he insists on grabbing my phone and taking far too long to do something that should be simple. Today was the final straw: I had a $3 off $15 coupon selected in the app, and after he took my phone and scanned it, I later realized the coupon had been deselected—without my consent—before the payment went through. That’s dishonest and unethical. It's not just about the discount—it’s about the lack of respect and professionalism. If you can’t treat customers properly or maintain basic standards of hygiene and honesty, perhaps it’s time to reconsider running a business. Do better, or consider closing.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
