I returned to my hotel and found I was not given dressing for my salad, despite asking for the dressing when I ordered. I was very disappointed with the service at "this" location.

Unfortunately, what should have been simple turned into a frustrating experience. After arriving, we were told at the window to pull into a designated parking spot while they finished our order. We waited there for about 20 minutes with no update. My husband eventually went inside to check on things, only to find our order just sitting on the counter the entire time—no one had brought it out or even acknowledged it. When he asked if it was ours, the staff simply said yes—no apology, no sense of urgency, and no acknowledgment of the delay or oversight. By that point, the food was cold and the experience was completely disappointing. This is not the level of service we expect, especially from Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location

If he's going to be out front speaking to guest, he needs to know what to say and what not say. This is not the 60's. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
