  Food is good but here lately the service has been absolutely terrible especially today the lady taking orders had the worst attitude and was so impatient.

  Got my order wrong 3 times in a row. By the time they actually got my food to me, the fries were cold and hard and my sandwich wasn't even lukewarm to the touch. If you're so intent on not doing the job just go work somewhere else, it's really not that deep y'all.

  Really shocked. First time in this Wendy's. Appears to have been renovated but a lot of maintenance issues exist, ie torn bench covering, toilet paper dispenser hanging off the wall in the women's bathroom. One dispenser that is a double dispenser completely empty had to leave that stall and go into another one where it was hanging off the wall with only one filled side. Place an order for the new fish sandwich combo w cheese potato instead of fries. Was told no potatoes currently available when checked with the kitchen staff would be 26 minute wait. This was 3:00 p.m. on a Thursday? Had to change my order to Fries. Weighted an extensive amount of time and was told they're just making sure the fish is cooked. I asked if there was mayonnaise because I don't eat ketchup with fries. I was told I think we're out of mayonnaise? Cashier found some at the drive-up window. About6-8 min later order was ready. Picked up the order sat down to eat it and the fish fillet was so overcooked it was like a brown briquette. I think the staff needs to be informed how to cook that new item as it looked absolutely nothing like the picture which is a golden fried fillet. It was so tough I ate about half the sandwich just threw it away and left. Sad that with an entire interior restaurant empty except myself only dealing with very few people in the drive-up line employees don't have time to have the product you're trying to sell ready to serve. I've always loved Wendy's and I have never been disappointed before. I pray that this business improves.

  On our way to the Southern Coast Cup Soccer Tournament in Foley AL. Where do I start. This was a dumpster fire from the beginning. Parking lot was nearly empty at 7:30PM, which should have been a red flag. Walked in to order with the manager (or shift manager) complaining about how much he's working. We ordered Classic Asiago Club and Double Bacon Classic. Here's where it gets fun. They are out of large and medium cups, but don't tell us until after I pay. We get small cups and will like it! No discount or adjustment, just here you go, we're out of bigger cups. After about a 10 minute wait I walked up to the counter to see where our food was (expected that that chicken had to be cooked and would take a few minutes). Manger or whomever he was, goes "have you got your food?" He turned around and it was on the counter behind him. He did through in two honey mustard sauces "at no charge" , which was nice of him LOL. Food was ok, just cold. Cold fries. Cold chicken. Cold burger. I am sure it was great when it was hot! Overall place needed a cleaning. Trash on the tables. Floor was sticky where we sat. Bathroom (mens) was nasty. Overall a bad experience. Would not recommend.

  They were a little busy when we came through around 2 this afternoon, but still had great service. Drive thru staff were pleasant, service was fast even with several cars in line, and food was very hot and fresh.
