We stood there for several minutes at the counter only to find We HAD to order at the kiosk. The lady who informed us of this and took our order was less than pleasant. We had to asked several times for a cup that was ordered and paid for before having to go to the counter. The others behind the counter offered no information. We were traveling so not from this area and our McDonalds take orders from the counter. Glad we are not from this area, people do not seem friendly at all!
