- VSVera Smith3 days ago5.0OMG! The DQ in RIchland has the most awesome staff! They greeted us at the door. The cashier was so friendly and chatty. Then another worker, Damante was just walking out to the lobby and made a point to make eye contact and ask the waiting costumers how they were doing. We were dining in and sat at a table to wait for our food. Although it had not been a terribly long time, Damante came and asked what we ordered because he says he feels like we had been sitting there too long. We assured him we were fine and understood that our shrimp basket order would take a little longer. He told us he would go check on it and get it out to us as soon as possible. He was wonderful. He checked on us throughout our meal. We ordered Blizzards later. He paid close attention and asked my son several questions about her special order Blizzard to make sure he was getting like he wanted it. And he made sure to bid us Goodnight on the way out the door when we left. I've never gone to a fast food restaurant and felt like I just had dinner at a friend's house but I did at this DQ.

The drive thru was closed. The wait in line and wait for order was about 30 minutes. The food is usually pretty good if they can get the order correct and not leave items out.
