    My first time to eat at an Arby’s and I was very impressed with their breakfast. It was a last minute stop on a trip and we didn’t have other options, but I’m so glad we tried it.

    i came through on 1/22/26 at about 12:30 am. i ordered a mac and cheese, and a big bacon cheese burger meal. i’ve ordered this exact thing sooo many times. i used to love eating here and loved the burgers but i don’t see myself coming back. i live about 15 minutes away. when i got home and bit into my burger i felt it squish, which was unusual. i then looked down and saw an extremely pink patty. i split it open and saw that it was incredibly raw. i was sick to my stomach. i took a photo then threw it away. i came back up here at 2:12 pm with the photo of the burger and showed the cashier. she smiled and goes “oh no! it’s cooked. they’re supposed to be cooked medium rare. there’s nothing we can do. next time tell them to cook it longer. if you would have brought it back up here when you bought it, we would have recooked the patty but now we can’t do anything.” i felt this was extremely rude and unprofessional. a refund, a new burger, anything would have been better than that response. i submitted a ticket to the guest help line and the lady i spoke to was shocked about the customer service. if you’re going to cook your burgers “medium rare” aka raw, at least have it mentioned on the menu or notify the customers at the time of order. but i don’t think i should have to ask for my food to be cooked longer at a fast food restaurant. DO BETTER

    Maybe the last fast food place ,that is fast and tastes like food. Located at the Loves on interstate 59 and 26.
