  I received a raw double quarter pounder. Management is rude. She refused to give me corporate information so I could report discrimination. They sat there and said white boy this white boy that being very rude to another employee

  First thing first , I went to this McDonalds last night to get my boyfriends brother and his girlfriend some food and for one my boyfriends brother his food wasn’t done and for 2 my boyfriends brother’s girlfriend her food wasn’t even what she ordered . This McDonalds has went down hill so bad and they are very disrespectful. I was disappointed in what happen last night and I’ll will not be back to PONTOTOC McDonald’s . They don’t even make you feel welcome nor do they even try to help you with anything . You got to wait so long before you can even get your food . The man that took our order last night he was very disrespectful . I’m not the type to complain but when yall are in the wrong then yall are in the wrong . I have tried to call yall multiple times to talk to the manager about what happen and no one answers my call . Now with all this being said and done I WILLNT give pontotoc McDonalds my last penny if I had to . Have a great and blessed day !!!

  I work overnight and I ask for the same thing every night . Somehow they always seem irritated with having to be at work , they sound bored and hardly listen. When people don't want specific things on their food that needs to be upheld. Asked for no ketchup got a burger full , the girl asked if I wanted medium or large, said large got a large drink and small fry.

  When I say, this is the worst McDonald's ever, I do mean EVER!!!! Fries was cold x3 tries and then they all had really nasty attitudes!!! I will drive to Batesville or Hollysprings before I go or allow my family to ever spend a dime here again.... This is the 3rd time I have experience these rude workers and unsafe food... They are going to make some one really sick.
