    We ordered our food waited 30 minutes and when we got our 3 sandwiches they weren’t what we ordered and when we said something they told us we were wrong that we ordered what we got but it wasn’t at all

    I go here a lot but this morning 11-29-25 was awful first things first there’s like 8 people in there but they ain’t doing nothing awful customer service then I asked for a sausage McGriddle meal and would you believe they gave me a McMuffin no hash brown why are yall putting that deaf lady on the drive thru I also ordered the chips ahoy coffee thing and would you believe they had the blind girl making it cause SHE HANDED IT TO ME COVERED IN CARAMEL SYRUP. CAN WE PLEASE GET THE ROBOTS IN THIS LOCATION AI IS THE ONLY WAY TO SAVE THIS LOCATION THE HUMANS ARENT SMART ENOUGH TO WORK FOR HERE WE NEED FLIPPY. Have a blessed day

    Such terrible service ever since McDonald’s started the kiosk order system they just ignore customers completely. They mess up your order you go to the counter and they look at you and don’t say or acknowledge you at all pure trash. This is why we hardly come to any McDonald’s any more. Pure lazy staff.

    This place is absolutely horrible. Very poor service, attitude from staff, drinks were flat and disgusting and we were told “yeah they all are flat” absolutely wasted money and time. Took 30 minutes for cold food and flat drinks. Definitely won’t be back.

    The night shift is very hostile and unprofessional. They had customer waiting 15 minutes with no help and they was just walking pass them talking to they friends in lobby. They were saying I don’t know why these people here in line. They need to leave. They need a whole new night shift it’s ridiculous how u get paid to not do your job.
