  This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Picayune. Very inconsistent, most employees have a bad attitude. It seems like you always have to pull up and wait for food no matter what you order. Drive through is always wrapped around the building, and when the line is short it usually takes longer to get your food.

  This review is about the McDonald’s on the north side of Picayune, Mississippi. I’m posting this in hopes that corporate or upper management will review what’s happening at this location. I come to this location almost daily and typically spend $20 or more each visit, which adds up to hundreds of dollars a month at this store alone. Because I’m there so often, I’ve experienced a repeated pattern of problems. Over the past several months I’ve had at least 12 incorrect orders or missing items from the drive-thru, usually around 8 a.m. or later in the morning. Mistakes happen anywhere, but when it happens this frequently it points to a larger issue with training and management. The most recent visit was the breaking point. The drive-through employee rang up the wrong size drinks, and when I politely pointed it out they tried to make me take what was rung up instead of correcting the order. When I asked for the manager, the situation escalated. The manager was rude, backed up the mistake, and refused to properly correct the order, creating an unnecessary scene instead of resolving a simple issue. What is even more concerning is that after this incident, instead of taking accountability, I was told I am banned from using this location, which happens to be the closest one to my home. I also attempted to contact the 800 customer complaint number, but it appeared to route the call directly back to the store and the manager on duty, which obviously does not resolve the problem when the complaint involves management. As a regular customer who has spent a significant amount of money at this location, the level of poor service, lack of accountability, and the way this situation was handled is extremely disappointing. I hope corporate or franchise ownership reviews this location because the current customer service standards clearly need attention.

  Every time i go here.They always mess up on my order.Or the food is horrible, they never can get it right, never.And then some of the employees lie, it's a small town and so we don't have much of a choice where we can go and get a quick breakfast, the McDonald's across town it's any better, I'm not sure if it's poor management or that the employees can't do their job, honestly I don't think I've ever had a good experience at this or the other McDonald's, and what's sad is all the other fast food places in this town are just as bad as McDonald's, I'm not a negative person but enough is enough
