Came back this evening 8.1.2025 at 830 and the the employee very loudly greeted me with "we're out of Italian herb and cheese bread and the toaster is down" I asked how the toaster was down and she plainly stated that she turned it off at 8pm because they close at 9pm after turning around to leave she continues to speak rudely about other customers. I use to work at a subway and this would have never happened. It takes 1 minute to shut the toaster down there's no reason to do it an hour early. Woefully embarrassed for this store owner. Its no wonder this franchise is going down the drain
