After I had asked a guy who worked there if they could replace it and he just looked at me and said “no”. The place looks like it hasn’t been wiped with a rag in 10 years! The glass near the food was disgusting! The lady who works there was also yelling/cursing about how no one appreciates her and then proceeded to tell people to get up from the outdoor seating area bc they didn’t have a subway cup! I’ve never seen anything so bad in my life! I wish there was a zero star option 🙂
