  Sent on order on the app and still had to wait 20 minutes for the food. Bun was on most of it.

  Every time i go here.They always mess up on my order.Or the food is horrible, they never can get it right, never.And then some of the employees lie, it's a small town and so we don't have much of a choice where we can go and get a quick breakfast, the McDonald's across town it's any better, I'm not sure if it's poor management or that the employees can't do their job, honestly I don't think I've ever had a good experience at this or the other McDonald's, and what's sad is all the other fast food places in this town are just as bad as McDonald's, I'm not a negative person but enough is enough

  I tried so many times but its unbelievable how inept the staff is here probably my very last time at this location. they cant get anything right even when you go in and explain what they did wrong they still get it wrong 😔 further more staff is rude when you go in for what they forgot and look at you as if you are a liar.

  I get there at 230 am they said the system was down and they will be back up at 4 am. ok whatever . I go home and shower get there at 4:02 they say they aren’t ready they won’t be open till 4:15 I wait till 4:15 go back to the window just to be told it will be a few more minutes. So I get upset and ask why are they leading me around the bush. I’m just getting off work and yall are one of the only restaurants open at that hour. I just want food the woman gets an attitude and says their opening manager hasn’t made it in yet. So you mean to tell me you had me sit outside for no reason. When all you had to say my manager hasn’t made it in yet I don’t know when she will be in. Nope rather just let me sit outside for no reason at all. And whenever they are open in the morning they will completely forget half your order. And you don’t notice till you’re 15 minutes away. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Go down the road to Hardee’s instead. They will get you right without waiting on a manager to open.
