    Friendly staff but EVERY X I go to pick - up my pizza, I am forced to wait an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes (And, I arrive during the specified timeframe that it's supposed to be ready.). EACH occasion (4 consecutive X's) I had ordered just ONE pizza!

    I’m visiting Pearl River Resort and decided to order a pizza, since there are very few appealing options here. Well too bad I wasn’t offered the “Pizza Insurance”. I had to sit outside and wait for over 40 minutes for a pizza, wings, and a salad. I also asked for plates, napkins, etc. Upon arrival, the driver was very polite, so I had no problem tipping but before checking my order. When she gave me my food, there was no salad and none of the plates, napkins, etc. I had requested. The driver went back and got the salad, one fork for two people and no napkins. By this time we had already eaten our pizza, so the salad is just sitting here. Needless to say, this was a very disappointing experience.
