  Don’t think you about to get anything you see on a commercial, not even close … I don’t know who owns this Taco Bell but apparently they are trying to squeeze every penny they can … you gonna get a needle thin layer of meat on your taco

  This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the state if not the entire country lol … i use to love Taco Bell , petal Taco Bell completely turned me off from eating Taco Bell period .. that’s how bad they are .. from never getting an order right to putting one potato on beefy burrito or a paper clip thin layer of meat on a taco ,,

  Every time I attempt to eat here it's a disaster. It doesn't matter how many times you repeat your order or how many times they repeat it back to you, you aren't going to get what you ordered or it's going to be inedible. I don't know what is keeping them in business. I'd rather go to Arby's, tonight just solidified that for me. I got prehistoric chalupas that I'm sure David could have used to take out Goliath. The only sauce I wanted,when they asked repeatedly, was mild but that didn't matter they thought I should have Diablo and fire I mean because what two year old wouldn't want that. Nevermind the slop job they call tacos because the burnt cantina taco really was the real winner. It would be different if this wasn't an every time thing.

  Absolutely awful. I was mid ordering and the starts laughing with coworker and makes me restart ordering. Then proceeds to not be at the window to pay and I wait 20 minutes just to pay. The service is always sub par but you can’t expect much with a Taco Bell. But this was next level awful.

  ABSOLUTELY sick of the staff and management governing these people here. It is every single time that I have to remind them multiple times to make sure the avocado Verde salsa and sour cream is included with my cantina chicken quesadilla. I came through today to pick up my mobile order and was told they were out of fries, which is no issue. I asked to swap for something else and they said they would give me fiesta potatoes. Got handed my food and the avocado sauce and potatoes were missing. I had to walk back in to tell them my potatoes were missing and the cashier had no sense of urgency and was dragging his feet through the kitchen like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. It is EVERY SINGLE TIME these people forget something. Fast food is not a hard job if you're thinking about what you're doing. I NEVER have had any issues like this at the hardy street location by USM. Its time I stop getting terrible service from this location and stop going here all together and only go to the location by USM since they are hugely better with customer service. These people here at the petal location DO NOT care whatsoever. Do not spend your money here.
