We showed up went through the drive through. Soft taco and Cheesy Gordita crunch was requested to be no lettuce. Both had lettuce even tho it was a small amount like they scrapped it off principle still stands. That was just one part I’m writing this review because in our boxes we ordered the cheeses fiesta Potato’s the drive through did not inform us at the speaker nor at the window nor the online portion that the store didn’t have these available. my fiancé checked our orders and it wasn’t till i brought the food back in to be fixed that they informed us that they couldn’t sell the Fiesta Potato’s to us due to them being short on boxes. However they offered to fix my food by supplementing it with soft tacos. I feel as tho the staff and store could have informed us at the window or on the speaker of the issue instead of waiting till i saw my order was messed up. poor customer service on beginning half For sure

And don’t even THINK about ordering chips and cheese or nacho fries - because they will fill that cheese cup far less than halfway every single time. Burritos are made like a toddler was experimenting in the kitchen after mom left for 2.5 seconds. Tacos are cold. And the ATTITUDE!!! It’s insane. This taco bell was one of the BEST three years ago. Management has gotten lazy.

Tried to eat what we ordered and gave up, couldn't make the fruit drink and fountain was just wrong warm fountain and no ice. I am not a picky eater and 1 bite of a doritos locos taco and I knew we messed up.
