I made an online order and two of my sandwiches were toasted when they weren't supposed to be and the one that was supposed to be toasted was burnt and I had to tell the two young gentlemen that I was not taking that because they clearly were still going to try and give it to me burnt and all. They were out of mayonnaise so the sandwiches were dry.

- HChaley carterJan 2, 20202.0There are two subways in Petal but I usually go to this one because it’s closer to where I work. If you go inside you get pretty good service and your in and out, but heaven forbid you go through the drive thru. You better buckle in for a long wait to get to the window and just as long if not longer to get your food. Even if you’ve already placed your order if someone walks into the lobby they will prepare there’s before they finish the persons in the drive thru. I don’t know if thats the way employees are trained to handle it but I feel like whoever’s order was taken first should be the one being made first.
